I participated in the Mindfulness course of Danit two years ago. It was interesting because it not only taught me how to meditate, but also how to see my life in a different light. This helps me in my daily life in so many ways. I am now connected to my feelings and work on developing compassion for myself and all those that I come into contact with. I strongly recommend this enlightening course to all who want to improve the quality of their lives as well as their interactions with all the people in their lives.שלומית ג., רכזת אנגלית
